Welcome to 10K Club. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use 10K Club. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.

10K Club is a fitness tracking and motivation tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program. You assume all risk associated with physical activity undertaken while using the App.

5. Walking Routes

Walking routes generated by the App are suggestions based on third-party mapping data (Mapbox). We do not guarantee that routes are safe, accessible, or free of hazards. You are solely responsible for your own safety: assess your surroundings, follow local traffic laws, and use your own judgment at all times.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (e.g., usernames, crew names, descriptions, saved routes). By submitting content, you grant 10K Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of operating the service.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we consider inappropriate, without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of 10K Club and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The App relies on third-party services including Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, Firebase, and Mapbox. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the App or other users. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10K Club and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
